Ahead of its release to the general public, “House of Gucci” has continued a global rollout, holding red carpet premieres in London, New York City and Los Angeles. Considering the film chronicles the ornate world of high fashion, it’s only fitting that “Gucci’s” star-studded cast have brought one bold look after another to each of the film’s preview events.
“House of Gucci” stars Lady Gaga as Patrizia Reggiani and Adam Driver as Maurizio Gucci, Reggiani’s ex-husband. Reggiani was tried and convicted of orchestrating the murder of Gucci in 1997. The story follows the events surrounding Gucci’s 1995 assassination and the legal aftermath, moving through three decades in the life of the family’s fashion dynasty.
Along with Gaga and Driver, “House of Gucci” also stars a nearly unrecognizable Jared Leto, Jeremy Irons, Salma Hayek, Camille Cottin and Al Pacino, all of whom have attended red carpet premieres of the film. Ridley Scott, whose medieval epic “The Last Duel” released only a few weeks ago, directs the sprawling biographical drama. MGM, Bron Creative and Scott Free Productions are producing.
“House of Gucci” will begin its theatrical exclusive run in North America on Nov. 24.
